Returns & Refunds

IDOL GURU offers a 3-day return policy on unused items. You have 3 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

How to request a return

1. Email us at hello@idolguru.com or WhatsApp us on +91 63812 75974 within 3 days of delivery, with your order number.
2. We will confirm your return and share the return address and next steps.
3. Please do not send an item back before your return is confirmed, as returns sent without confirmation cannot be accepted.

Damaged, broken, defective or wrong items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged or broken in transit, defective, or not the one you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@idolguru.com or WhatsApp +91 63812 75974 with photos (an unboxing video helps). We will arrange a replacement. We do not issue refunds for damaged, broken or defective items; they are replaced.

Return shipping

Return shipping is free. We will arrange the return pickup or share a prepaid return label. There is no restocking fee.

Refunds

Refunds apply to approved returns of unused items. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund. All prices are in INR and inclusive of GST.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item is to return the one you have and place a new order once the return is confirmed.
